- Lid Application: Using the "Application tape Technique" for perfect alignment and heat sealing edges.
- SticKeys™: Application using application tape, alignment of keys, and heat finishing to prevent melting.

2. Tools
- Introduction to all the tools and what they do
- Picture of the complete tool kit with text on what they are

- Video how to handle knives especially when slicing skins
3. Lid Skin Application
- Introduction to material demo on how to screw it up and bring it back
- Weeding the lid
- Using application tape
- Ignoring the badge (common mistake)
- Lining up the lid on the 2 corners then doing 2 other corners
- Using heat to deal edges
- Using Steve technique to blend edges
- Correcting mistakes
- Making sure lid won't lift
- Add the badge afterwards if needed
4. SticKeys Application
- Weeding SticKeys
- Using application tape and making sure firm
- Put SticKeys on in 1 go
- Lining up on first row technique
- Lining up the whole keyboard technique — not advisable
- Applying SticKeys one row at a time or partially
- Correcting bubbling or mis alignment
THE EXAM
To receive the TRC Certified Partner status, candidates must submit a video assessment for their specific level.

To Pass
- Demonstrate clean and tidy workspace
- Applying lids perfectly in under 5 minutes each
- Applying SticKeys perfectly in under 5 minutes each
- Total time should not be more than 20 minutes

- Demonstrate clean and tidy workspace
- Applying lids perfectly in under 3 minutes each
- Applying SticKeys perfectly in under 3 minutes each
- Total time should be no more than 12 minutes
